RIDE THE HORSE IN THE DIRECTION HE’S MOVING
There is no doubt. The agribusiness industry is witnessing substantial change and revolutionary transformation. Farm consolidation, industry integration, biotechnology, information technology and globalization are just a few of the issues that are changing the face of U.S. Agriculture.
While some of these trends may cause fear, confusion and frustration, the real question for business leaders is “how can they anticipate and ultimately capitalize on these trends?” In this program Kevin outlines the key drivers of change in agribusiness, discusses key principles for managing change and challenges his audience to “ride the horse in the direction he’s moving.” By using both ag and non-ag examples, Kevin
stimulates his audience to proactively address the opportunities and challenges they face in their business.STRATEGIC PLANNING / BOARD FACILITATION
Kevin is used by many organizations to work with their boards as they plan their future.
The volatility of the business environment causes many firms to adopt reactive strategies rather than proactive ones. This proactive planning process is critical for leaders to stay focused on their mutually agreed upon goals and objectives.
Kevin has worked with clients ranging from Seed/Crop protection manufactures to ag equipment dealerships to industry organizations and associations. He’s currently working with the United States Meat Export Federation
